Versatile, modern pieces in timeless silhouettes, made in high-quality, cruelty-free fabrics in bold colours and textures. The collection is designed and sampled in-house at the Toronto studio, and currently, manufacturing is split between Canada and overseas.
“Personally, I am vegan and not a size 2,” says Designer Hilary MacMillan. “I want my brand and the clothes I design to reflect aspects of my values and who I am, in addition to making my customers happy. It’s part of what I value and how I relate to those who wear my clothes.”

Designer Hayley Gibson grew up in Victoria, BC, sewing and reconstructing vintage garments. Her work reflects her personal style, creating long-lived, flattering cuts for women who want something a bit bold and adventurous.
She also promotes independent designers who produce ‘Made in Canada’ clothing.
All design, pattern making and grading is done in Toronto while the final garments are cut and sewn in Montreal. Shop dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, pants, shorts, tops and feature accessories.

Beaufille (pronounced bo-fee) is a slow fashion brand creating timeless pieces that can be worn in any season. Shop online or at an international retailer for ready-to-wear clothing, jewellery and art objects. The collection uses deadstock fabrics from responsible suppliers. Jewellery is sourced and manufactured locally using repurposed, recycled or refined materials.
Founders and sisters Chloé and Parris Gordon studied at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Celebrity clients have included Solange, Lady Gaga, Michelle Obama and Selena Gomez.

A vacation present from her husband led the founder, Donna Smith, on a mission to design garments in durable, comfortable fabrics – MicroModal® harvested from Beech Trees, Rayon from Bamboo and Jacquard.
